Come by our office with a voided check to enroll in autodraft.

Online Bill Pay

First time, you will need to set up a login, password and profile. You will need you S S Water Supply Corporation account number and last name. Once that is set up, you will be able to pay your bill, keep your credit card or checking information in a secure online vault or sign up to automatically pay your water bill each month. 

AUTO PAY is now available. Your account balance must be paid off, prior to signing up for the Automatic Payment option.  Once credit card or checking information is entered to pay current bill, you can elect to pay your water bill automatically. On the payment screen there will be three options. First and default option is not to store your credit card or checking information in the site's secure vault, second option is to store credit card or checking information in secure vault for future payments and the third to set up an Auto Pay function. If you select the Automatic Payment function, all drafts will occur on the 10th of each month at 6 AM. 

Validity of the credit card number or checking account number is the sole responsibility of the member.  Please double check your member account, to insure payments are properly posted.  For questions, please call our office and we will be happy to help!

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

• S S Water Corp Office You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
