Corporate Tariff

The Corporation's Tariff, or rule book, spells out the rules, fees, regulations and policies that all Members and customers agree to follow upon receiving water service from the Corporation.  The Tariff, and all amendments to it as approved by the Board of Directors from time-to-time, are on file with the Texas Public Utilities Commission.  SS Water Supply Corporation is a private, Member-owned, non-profit organization founded in 1971 and organized under the provisions of Chapter 67 of the Texas Water Code.
