Customer Portal Survey

SS Water Supply Corporation has installed radio read meters for all members, and all meters can now be read remotely by the Corporation’s Management and Staff. SSWSC is considering installing an option for a Customer Portal to allow members the opportunity to log into their personal meter and have the ability to remotely monitor usage, as well as receive alarms for certain activity; including but not limited to: tampering, continuous usage, and high flow. The cost for this service would be about a $1.00 per month, added to the water bill to recover the cost that the utility must pay for the service.
